Products Eligible for Exchange:
All products, except panties and bodysuits, are eligible for exchange.
Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Change Period:
Exchange requests will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
After this period, no changes will be accepted.
Change Procedure:

Provide your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.

Shipping costs:

Products not Eligible for Exchange:
Panties and bodysuits are not eligible for exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds:
Exchanges will be processed for the original purchase value of the product.
No cash refunds will be issued. The exchange value will be applied as credit towards future purchases at www.ca.maimarlingerie.com
Changes due to Defects or Errors:
